What we keep
We store your email address, a salted password hash, agent settings, uploaded text files, search indexes, conversation history, and usage records. Verification codes are stored as protected hashes and expire after 30 minutes. A session cookie keeps you signed in.
How your documents are used
Search indexes are created on our server using a local embedding model. Your files are separated by account and agent. AI-generated replies are currently unavailable because no answer model is connected. If an answer model is connected later, relevant document excerpts and recent conversation messages will be sent to that model provider to produce a reply.
Email and access
We use SpaceMail to send verification codes for registration and sensitive account changes. We do not sell your uploaded content. You can remove documents or agents in the workspace; deleting an agent also removes its conversations. Account deletion requires an email code. Two local daily backups are retained on the server, so deleted data can remain in backups until newer backups replace them.
